4-H State Participation Fee

Beginning October 1, 2009, University of Idaho Extension 4-H Youth Development will implement a $5 annual state participation fee for all youth enrolled in the 4-H Club Program. Below is a letter to our 4-H leaders and parents regarding this fee.
